Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with proven experience in making complex SaaS systems easy to use and understand. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work with cross-functional teams to design user interfaces and experiences that align with our business needs and improve the usability and accessibility of our software products. This is a mostly remote position, and the candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences that align with our business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and design interfaces and experiences that meet their needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines that ensure consistency and quality across our software products.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging UI/UX trends and technologies and apply them to improve our software products.
- Work with developers and product owners to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet business requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with proven experience in designing complex SaaS systems.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or others.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Experience in the shipping and logistics industry is a plus.
