Job Summary:

We are seeking a Test Lead to oversee our software testing efforts. As a Test Lead, you will have the freedom to choose the technology stack for our end-to-end testing and design, develop and maintain test suites that ensure the quality of our software products. This is a mostly remote position, and the candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain test suites for our software products.
• Oversee end-to-end testing efforts and provide leadership and guidance to the testing team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software features and enhancements that require testing.
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using technologies of your choice.
• Review and analyze test results to identify and report software defects.
• Work with developers and product owners to ensure software quality standards are met.
• Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies and methodologies that can help improve our testing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software testing, with experience in leading testing efforts.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, TestNG, or others.
• Experience with at least one scripting language, such as Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with API testing and testing web applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Experience in the shipping and logistics industry is a plus.
