Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer who is proficient in .NET and has experience with PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate should also have experience with RabbitMQ and Redis. This is a remote position, and the candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality software using .NET and PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise software features and enhancements that align with our business needs.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
- Maintain and improve software performance, scalability, and reliability to ensure efficient and timely operations.
- Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies and methodologies that can help us maintain our competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficient in .NET development.
- Experience with PostgreSQL is a must.
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ and Redis is a plus.
- Experience with software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
